Role OverviewWe’re looking for aPerformance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)who can independently manage and optimize campaigns acrossSearch, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max . The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving high-quality real estate leads through data-backed campaign strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimizeGoogle Ads campaignsto generate high-quality leads for multiple real estate projects. Managekeyword research, ad copy, extensions, and creativesfor maximum performance. Analyze campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to ensure lead quality and efficiency. Implement and managegeo-targeting, audience segmentation , and negative keyword strategies. Collaborate with theCRM and Sales teamsto track lead outcomes and fine-tune campaigns accordingly. UseGoogle Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studioto create reports and insights. ConductA/B testsfor ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions. Stay updated onGoogle Ads best practices, algorithm changes , and compliance norms for real estate advertising. Skills & Tools RequiredMandatory:Google Ads Certification with hands-on campaign management experience. Strong command overGoogle Ads, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio , and Excel/Sheets. Clear understanding ofreal estate buyer journeyand lead qualification cycles. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and act fast. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, CRM, and field teams. Ideal Candidate Profile2–6 years of proven experience inGoogle Ads or Performance Marketing(real estate preferred). Strong track record of optimizing campaigns for lead quality, not just volume. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly accountable in performance ownership. Creative thinker who can design and test new ad concepts regularly.
