The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency inExceland strongcommunication skillsare key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities Build and manage automated campaigns inMarketointegrated withSalesforce . Ensuredatabase accuracy and hygienethrough data cleaning and validation. UseExcel(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis. Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies. Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals. Run A/B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience inMarketoandSalesforce CRM . Strong skills inExcelfor data management. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills . Marketo certification is a plus. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization preferred.
