About the Opportunity
At AdMax Local, marketing is the driving force behind our mission to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United States. As the Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of our marketing efforts, with a focus on launching and scaling Amp'd Local, our AI-powered SaaS platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to craft and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting a dynamic and fast-evolving market. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment with innovative campaigns across multiple digital channels, from SEO and paid ads to social media and content marketing. Working in U.S. hours from India, you’ll play a critical role in building brand recognition, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition for Amp'd Local.
As the Marketing Lead, you’ll not only manage campaigns but also shape the marketing function for a growing organization. What you’ll be doing:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy targeting SMBs in the US.
- Identify the most effective digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns continuously to achieve the best ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet goals.
Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation.
Social Media & Brand Building:
- Develop and manage the brand’s social media presence across platforms like , Twitter now “X”, Facebook and Instagram.
- Create thought leadership campaigns to establish the company as a market leader.
Lead Generation:
- Design and execute lead-generation initiatives, including landing pages, lead magnets, and email drip campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead handoffs and conversion tracking.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and manage a small marketing team as the business scales.
- Partner with AdMax Local, Real Eyes or external agencies or freelancers for specialized tasks like paid ads or content creation.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
- Adapt marketing strategies based on customer insights and market feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven success in building social media strategies to grow brand engagement
- Experience in creating and executing effective marketing strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
- Create brand awareness and position the company in the market.
- Expertise in lead generation and aligning with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams to achieve goals.
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market trends and customer insights.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in marketing SaaS or B2B products, especially to international markets
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and paid ad platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills: IELTS certification is a plus
- Working in US hours (PST) to effectively align with the target market
