Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Manager - Business Enterprise at EIZO India in Mumbai. The National Manager will be responsible for day-to-day business operations, developing strategic plans to expand business enterprise, managing key accounts, and leading a team of professionals in achieving business objectives.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven National Manager for the Business Enterprise Vertical to lead the sales, business development, and growth initiatives within key industries such as BFSI, banking, office use, and enterprise business. This role will be crucial in driving sales strategies, expanding market reach, and establishing long-term relationships with clients. The National Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring the successful of EIZO’s solutions across these verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth within the Business Enterprise Vertical.
- Focus on key industry segments such as BFSI, banking, office environments, and enterprise businesses to expand EIZO’s market presence.
- Define and implement a roadmap for sales growth, working towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead the efforts to expand EIZO’s customer base in these industries.
Market Development and Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and engage with key prospects and develop and nurture strong relationships with executives, decision-makers, and influencers within targeted organizations.
- Leverage networking, industry events, and research to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady stream of potential business.
Solution Pitching and Negotiation:
- Articulate EIZO’s value proposition effectively, customizing sales pitches to address customer pain points, and demonstrate how our products align with their business goals.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including presenting solutions, managing objections, negotiating terms, and closing high-value deals.
Forecasting, Reporting, and Market Insights:
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team, helping shape EIZO's business strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies as needed.
Account Management and Customer Retention:
- Maintain strong relaƟonships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into industry trends and new product offerings to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with visual technology, enterprise display solutions, or related industries is preferred.
