We're Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer

Bengaluru | Full-Time

Are you passionate about designing innovative electrical systems and creating tailored technical solutions? We're looking for a Proposal/Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical systems and automation to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical requirements to develop optimal solutions.

Design and propose electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, automation, and energy management solutions.

Prepare single line diagrams (SLDs), technical presentations, and system architectures for client discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, procurement, and execution) to finalize proposals.

Liaise with vendors and partners to source technical specs, drawings, and pricing details.

Support the sales team in technical workshops, demos, and pre-bid meetings.

Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

Prepare comprehensive technical documents: BOMs, compliance statements, solution descriptions, and cost estimates.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and solutions in the electrical and automation domain.

Bonus: Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software.

Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
