We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and experience in managing engineering projects, leading teams, and interacting with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical guidance on electrical design, troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery as per timeline, quality, and cost standards.
  • Interact and coordinate with international clients to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, layouts, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and electrical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. A master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on electronics/automation.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation controls, PLCs, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience handling international clients.
  • Good understanding of electrical drawings, panel designs, and industrial safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, process automation, or engineering services.
  • Familiarity with international project execution and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar electrical design software.
