Job Title:Sales & Business Development Associate (Sales, Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition) Job Location:Craig Park Layout, MG Road, Bengaluru Experience:Minimum 2–3 Years Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Associate with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation and customer engagement. The role focuses on building the sales pipeline, initiating the first contact with potential customers and opening doors for business opportunities. The candidate should have the drive to act as a “rainmaker,” setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.Responsibilities: Identify, research and generate qualified leads through multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, events, referrals, etc.). Make the first point of contact with prospects, introduce our offerings and establish interest. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by consistently engaging with target accounts. Work closely with the sales leadership team to qualify leads and hand over opportunities for closure. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads and opportunities in CRM systems. • Develop a good understanding of customer needs, challenges and industry trends. Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales activity targets.
