In addition, our digital stack offerings encompass a comprehensive range of platforms and services including Telecom Big Data Analytics, Loyalty and Campaign Management, Omnichannel Self-Care, Mediation, eKYC, Mobile Financial Services (such as Mobile Money and Electronic Top-up) and Consolidated Messaging Platforms (including USSD Gateway, SMSC and Notification Systems).Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer with deep expertise in the telecom software domain (OSS/BSS) to develop high-quality, clear and comprehensive documentation for our telecom products and platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product engineering, architecture, QA and delivery teams to produce documentation that supports both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: ·Develop and maintain user manuals, API documentation, system administration guides, installation guides, release notes and training materials for telecom software products. ·Understand complex telecom architectures (OSS/BSS), workflows and integrations to translate them into clear, structured documentation. ·Collaborate with product managers, solution architects and developers to capture technical details and ensure accuracy. ·Ensure consistency, clarity and compliance with company documentation standards and branding. ·Manage documentation lifecycle — from gathering requirements, drafting, reviews, versioning and publishing. ·Use tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker or Markdown to author and maintain content. ·Review existing content and suggest improvements to enhance usability and readability. ·Participate in UI/UX discussions to ensure product terminology aligns with documentation language. ·Support RFPs, training and marketing teams with technical content when needed.Required Skills & Experience: ·6+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Writer in the telecom domain (OSS/BSS is a must). ·Proven ability to work with complex software systems, APIs and cloud-native telecom platforms. ·Strong understanding of telecom concepts — service provisioning, network inventory, mediation, billing, CRM, etc. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ·Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker or MS Word. ·Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in product engineering environments. ·Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and present them clearly for different audiences.Good to Have: ·Exposure to 5G, IoT or Network Automation documentation. ·Experience with DITA or structured authoring frameworks. ·Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.Why Join Tayana Mobility Technologies: ·Work with a passionate team driving innovation in the Telecom OSS/BSS domain. ·Opportunity to own end-to-end documentation for cutting-edge telecom products. ·Collaborative, growth-oriented environment with focus on quality and excellence.
