Currently, the group has 6 divisions and each division has 4-15 Software development persons working independently for the respective divisions.

 Planning to create an internal Software division to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines of all divisions.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage 50-60 software engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals upto P&L level for this Division.
  2. Drive the strategic direction of the software development department.
  3. Basic knowledge of .NET, PHP, Java, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, MERN, AI / ML etc .
  4. Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
  5. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
  6. Manage cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to deliver robust software solutions.
  7. Implement and refine software development methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.


Experience: 15-20 Years in DOTNET, PHP, JAVA & MERN STACKFamiliarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.


Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech /MCA

Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
