Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate between various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Management :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project efficiency and success.

- Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational standards and best practices, maintaining a consistent approach across all projects.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in project management to bring innovative approaches and improvements to project execution.

Quality Assurance :

- Establish and maintain QA processes and standards across all projects.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and deliverables.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring that project adjustments align with overall objectives.

Risk Management :

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

- Handle administrative and PMO responsibilities, including preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards.
