Job Description:


The Project Coordinator at Verizon Architects is a full-time, off-site and on-site role in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail in all architectural & Interior projects, time management and project management. The ideal candidate will work closely with our talented architects, interior designers, vendors, agencies, and clients to ensure that every element of our projects falls perfectly into place.


Job Role / Key Responsibilities / Key Result Areas


  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination from conceptualization to final execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, and design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all team members are aware of key milestones and deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of project timeline and drawing scheduling as per project deadlines
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between clients, site supervisor, and design team while ensuring the project will proceed as per the timeline and project is completed within the designated timeline


Qualifications and skills


  • Qualifications should include a diploma/degree in civil engineering or any relevant certification course in architecture or interior design.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
