Responsibilities :


1. Client Relationship Management :


- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication to meet client expectations.


2. Team Leadership :

3. Project Planning and Execution :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in smart metering, utilities, or distribution grids with minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling project


- Proven experience in customer management, site/field team supervision, and involvement in AMI projects, EPC projects, SLA maintenance, project cost calculation, and IT system management.


- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.


- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action.


- High level of ownership and a commitment to achieving project goals.


- Ability to coordinate with site teams and IT teams to meet client requirements and maintain SLA. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
