Role Definition:

Qualification:  

- Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing.


Experience:

Requirements:  

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role within a consulting firm (Architecture/Interior/Engineering).

- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SMO, website management, and email marketing.

- Experience with online business portals like IndiaMart, Justdial, etc.

- Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads.

- Proficient in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

1. Prior experience in an architectural or engineering consulting firm is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:  

- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial success and client satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s services, aligning with client objectives.

- Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.

- Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and client interactions.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.


Tasks & Activities:


a) Marketing (including Digital Marketing):  

- Lead generation through various channels.

- Track and follow up on leads.

- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients.

- Form alliances with real estate companies and visit industrial areas to explore new business.

- Identify tenders on government and semi-government websites.

- Follow up with international companies/brands entering India.

- Engage in cold calling and sourcing client databases from multiple platforms.


b) Sales:  

- Draft and send techno-commercial proposals to clients.

- Follow up on proposals and manage negotiation meetings.

- Secure purchase orders (POs) or letters of intent (LOIs) from clients.


c) Brand Building:  

- Develop and execute strategies to increase social media followers.

- Manage all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails, social media) to maintain brand consistency.

- Create and update marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers.

- Continuously update the portfolio by adding new projects across profiles.

- Update the website with new projects and blogs regularly.

- Create specific campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

- Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts.

- Optimize online content with SEO and analyze performance using Google Analytics.


Performance Measurement Metrics:  

- Number of leads generated and deals closed.

- Overall revenue generated through business development efforts.
