Role: Salesforce Developer/Admin— Immediate opportunity

Location: Hyderabad (Full Time)


The Salesforce Developer/Admin must exhibit experience with concentration in security design/delivery related to organizational hierarchies.

Duties Salesforce Developer/Admin: -

  • Developing, implementing and administering software relating to the sales process utilizing Salesforce.com and other software systems.
  • Working closely with all business unit sales support teams such as E&C, T&C, GS, finance and product management to develop a comprehensive sales process to be implemented in Salesforce.com CRM along with other systems.
  • Developing and maintaining close alignment with other sales management or groups from other client’s businesses and affiliates to develop a scalable implementation of Salesforce.com which will be used to track customers, projects, opportunities and overall sales process.
  • Develop, administer and business analysis, including requirements gathering, translating technical specifications and working directly with various business units.
  • Critical solutioning experience with Organization Hierarchy design, delivery, and security model setup at a hierarchy level.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Technical discipline is required.
  • Required Certified Force.com/Salesforce.com Developer(401) or Advanced Developer(501).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the job offered or in related occupation developing and implementing software for sales processes, system functionality and system administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in all aspects of Salesforce.com CRM platform development, configuration, solution designing and deployment; including configuration and refinement of sales processes utilizing standard system functionality including page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Experience with integration of Salesforce.com with ERP systems, (SAP, Deltek Costpoint, MSFT Dynamics ERP); system security settings, profiles, roles, permissions and other data access and integrity features.
  • Experience with Apex Web Services and API’s, SOAP, REST, developing Salesforce.com system customization utilizing Apex classes, Apex triggers, custom visual force pages, system coding, system architecture and development of functionality in scalable fashion managing enterprise growth.
  • Data integration experiences with 3rd parties like Informatica. MS office tools and reporting skills, developing and maintaining sales pipeline reporting, metrics, forecasting and other reporting per business needs.
  • Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer & Partner Portals and on-premise infrastructure integration.
  • Need to have experience with Salesforce metadata, real time/batch integration, SOAP/REST APIs, XML/WSDL, middleware. Experience in tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, and Workbench.
  • Need to have web application development experience preferred (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX). Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and iterative Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • At least 1 year of web experience using Java or .Net
  • Ability to be cross functional within the roles of: developer, administrator, business analyst and solution architect who will be working directly with varied business units.
