They are seeking candidates with expertise in dynamic pricing and scheduling, particularly those experienced in pricing models driven by real-time demand fluctuations.Key Responsibilities:- Design dynamic pricing models based on demand, customer behavior, and market conditions. - Implement pricing strategies across teams, including A/B testing and performance tracking. - Use data analytics tools to drive pricing decisions and optimize systems. - Benchmark against industry leaders in ride-hailing and travel-tech. - Optimize service schedules based on demand and profitability (EPK). - Integrate demand forecasting with fleet deployment strategies. - Monitor and adjust performance metrics like occupancy and route profitability. - Lead and mentor a 24X7 pricing and scheduling team.Qualifications required:- 10–12 years in pricing strategy, product analytics, and revenue optimization. - Expertise in designing service schedules using demand forecasting and EPK. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. - Strong tech background and experience in B2C industries like ride-hailing or travel-tech. - Proven ability to balance business goals with technical feasibility. - Experience in high-growth, data-driven environments. - B.Tech – CS or Bachelor’s in Maths/ Statistics/ Economics/ Data Science (mandatory). Advanced certification/ Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied Maths preferred.
