You’ll lead the design direction across products built on blockchain infrastructure—spanning wallets, dashboards, data tools, and Dapps. The role demands a deep understanding of user behaviour in decentralized ecosystems, coupled with strong design systems thinking and the ability to inspire and mentor other designers.What will you get to do?- Lead and define design strategy and user experience across Web3 products and digital interfaces. - Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences. - Conduct user research to understand decentralized user journeys, pain points, and adoption barriers. - Create scalable design systems that align with brand and accessibility standards across multiple products. - Collaborate with product, tech, and engineering teams to ship seamless, high-quality user experiences. - Mentor designers and ensure consistent design quality across the product ecosystem.Skills & Qualifications:- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including proven leadership in driving design strategy and execution. - Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, user flows, and system thinking—preferably across Web3, fintech, or tech products. - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Framer, Webflow, Miro, etc.). - Solid understanding of Design Systems, visual styling, prototyping, and user flows. - Strong grasp of front-end (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
