The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers. Conducting user research and usability testing. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces. Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design. Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
