Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a 
UI/UX Designer
 with 
2-6 years of experience
 designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing 
mobile applications
 and 
B2B SaaS products
, with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and usability best practices.

This role requires a 
team player
 with excellent 
communication skills
, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Wireframing:
     Conduct user research, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes to improve user experience.
  • Visual & Interaction Design:
     Develop pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Usability Testing:
     Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance usability.
  • Design Systems & Consistency:
     Maintain and contribute to the company's design system for consistency across all products.
  • Prototyping & Handoff:
     Create interactive prototypes and provide clear design specifications for developers.
  • Stay Updated:
     Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
     2+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of mobile apps and B2B SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA),
    Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications
     in UI/UX design (e.g., Google UX Design, Nielsen Norman Group, or Coursera/UI Design bootcamps) are a plus.
  • Design Tools:
     Proficiency in 
    Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
     or similar tools.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing:
     Experience in creating low and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like 
    Figma, Protopie
    etc.,
  • User Research & Testing:
     Understanding of usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis.
  • Front-End Awareness:
     Basic understanding of 
    HTML, CSS, and design handoff to developers
    .
  • Collaboration & Communication:
     Ability to present design ideas clearly and work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail:
     A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless user experiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with 
    motion design & micro-interactions
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    design tokens & component libraries
    .
  • Understanding of 
    accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
    .
