We’re on the lookout for a Lead UI/UX Designer with strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user experience. If you have an eye for detail, a flair for aesthetics, and a passion for creative expression—this role is for you.What You’ll Do As the Lead UI/UX Designer for Noteshelf, you’ll play a key role in defining how millions of users interact with the app every day. Your Responsibilities Own and lead the end-to-end design process—from discovery to high-fidelity execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals and design intuitive, delightful interfaces. Mentor and guide a team of designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for mobile and tablet platforms. Maintain and evolve the design system to scale consistently across features. Stay informed on the latest design trends, platform standards, and tools.What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. A strong portfolio that highlights thoughtful UX and clean, polished UI—especially on mobile and tablet. Solid understanding of visual design principles like typography, layout, spacing, iconography, and color theory. Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in graphic design and illustration is highly desirable. A personal interest in journaling, digital planning, or creative hobbies like art, sketching, lettering, or stationery is a big plusWhy Join Fluid Touch?
