**Qualifications -**

Any bachelor’s (preferred)

**Skills required -**
- 0-12 months of experience in UI/UX design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates right UI/UX designs practice.
- Knowledge of design principles such as typography, iconography, colors, layout etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Critical thinking.
- Willing to take responsibility of their decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and changes.
- Familiarity with design tool like (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Project management tools is a plus.

**Principle Responsibilities -**
- Collaboration - work with UGNA’s founders and Lead Designer to prioritize requirements for projects.
- Communication - the ability to communicate well. To tell us directly regarding issues and task completions. Communicate your design choices effectively to key stakeholders (both written and orally).
- The ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for website and mobile users.
- Contribute to design development throughout the entire life-cycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables. This includes continuous QA during development to ensure the product is aligned with the design specifications.
- Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problem.
- Take up feedback from stakeholders and implement into your designs.
- Liaise with co-founders, designers and developers to deliver a final product.
- Deep understanding of platform and device requirements such as form factors, screen resolutions, pixel density and aspect ratios.
- Design low and high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes.
- Documentation - Keep a company record of work or tasks received and completed.
- Sticking to deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,575.21 - ₹20,000.00 per month
