Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

2. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and reports.

3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales databases, spreadsheets, and other records.

4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales team members as needed.

5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

6. Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.

7. Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.

8. Maintain inventory of sales materials and supplies, and order replenishments as necessary.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives and projects.

10. Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and mail distribution.

11. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales or related environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
