Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts on and Twitter.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement across social platforms.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting potential leads and existing clients.
  • Craft compelling email content and calls-to-action that align with our business objectives.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop lead generation strategies using social media platforms and email marketing.
  • Nurture potential leads through the buyer's journey using personalized content and follow-ups.

Content Marketing:

  • Create and curate high-quality content tailored to the data analytics industry.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce social posts, blogs, case studies, and infographics.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, recommending actions to improve performance.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Online Marketing, preferably in the Data Analytics industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing and Twitter accounts for brand building and lead generation.
  • Experience with content marketing strategies and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure engagement and performance (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Understanding of trends in the Data Analytics and Technology industries.
