**WORK FROM OFFICE**

Join our team at TWO VILLAGERS FILMS AND DIGITAL MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Social Media Marketing Intern, where you will get the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop essential skills, and understand the dynamics of a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Curate existing content or repurpose content for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Help maintain a positive brand image by fostering a sense of community and addressing concerns
- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Research and analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
- Provide input and suggestions for improving the overall social media strategy.
- Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and presenting insights to the team.
- Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create campaign assets.
- Assist in identifying potential influencers for partnerships and collaborations.
- Help coordinate influencer outreach and communication, including negotiations and contracts.
- Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance and engagement.
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor ad performance, budget allocation, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills related to social media marketing.
- Seek feedback from supervisors and peers to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging social media content, responding to comments, and interacting with the online community.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and an understanding of how they work is crucial.
- The ability to generate creative ideas for content and campaigns is highly valued in social media marketing. Interns should be able to think outside the box and come up with innovative strategies.
- Basic analytical skills are important for tracking and analyzing social media performance. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or social media analytics platforms is a plus.
- The social media landscape is constantly evolving. Interns should be open to learning and adapting to new trends and technologies in the field.
- Social media marketing often involves collaboration with cross-functional teams. Being a team player and working well with others is important.
- Interns should conduct themselves professionally, both online and offline, as they represent the company's brand.
- Strong writing skills are crucial for creating engaging and error-free social media posts, captions, and responses.
- A genuine interest in social media trends, digital marketing, and staying updated on the latest developments in the field is a plus.

WORK TIMING : 11 am - 7 pm.

**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
