Job Title: Manager- HR Operations (Employee relation)
Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven out of the box thinking HR Person. The HR Person needs to work with other members of the HR Department and employees to help and support the company on functional human resource objectives. This role will have a strong responsibility upon Employee Engagement & HR Operations and best practices within the organization.
Experience: 6- 10 Years in HR Operations (employee relations)
Qualification: MBA in HR
Compensation: As per industry standard
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire joining (Documentation, Induction, ID generation) & Exit (Exit interviews, Exit form fill up and FNF) formalities.
- Ensure that HR policies and processes are consistently administered both in the department and companywide.
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution to stakeholders and employees, and work with other members of the HR team to make recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate employee relations issues as needed.
- Manage employee information such as, but not limited to, personal data, , compensation, benefits, tax data, pf, esic, attendance, performance evaluations and termination information.
- Process unemployment claims and assist in appeals when needed.
- Clearly present information and prepare reports for management.
- Actively participate in policy and procedure development.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks; the ability to change focus quickly as demands change is essential.
- Conduct investigations in employee and customer situations, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and violation of company policies.
- Use tact when expressing ideas or opinions.
- Assess situations and make optimal and speedy decisions.
- Display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment.
- Assist other HR areas as needed.
- Take an active role in understanding the business and employee issues company wide
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
