Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Account-Based) to design, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B account-based marketing (ABM), data analytics, and multi-channel campaign execution across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities (KRA):- Develop and execute account-based performance marketing strategies targeting high-value B2B clients.- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.- Collaborate with sales and account teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, and campaign goals.- Create personalized ad journeys and messaging for different stages of the buyer funnel.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).- Drive continuous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages and ad creatives.- Integrate marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) for precise audience targeting.- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align campaign assets with brand tone and messaging.- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership and client presentations.- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, analytics, and account-based marketing technologies.Key Skillsets:- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in account-based marketing.- Proven expertise in managing high-performing paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Display/Retargeting tools.- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline acceleration strategies.- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
