Head - Operations & Business Development (National Role)


Job Description:


- Spearhead, supervise, and control all strategic and business aspects related to outlet sales and business expansion

- Develop and execute annual business plans, providing strategic direction and leading operational teams, with full responsibility for business P&L

- Maintain control over diverse business operations, including people development, market research, and cost management

- Foster an inclusive culture and establish best-in-class people practices across all facets and employee levels

- Create a vision for success and collaborate with departments such as NPD, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Legal and HR

- Execute product launches, interventions, and comprehensive competitor analysis

- Prioritize effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Require a seasoned leader with excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics

Other details:

- Years of exp - 17+

- Work Location - Delhi

- Reporting to Director and CXO

- Handling 7-8 direct reportees (Managers/Sr. Managers and above), who collectively manage around 700 operations employees pan India

- ~200 retail outlets pan India (ref:iimjobs.com)
