Role Overview:

- As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and closing unsecured business loans.

- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to generate high-quality loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Actively source and acquire new business loan clients with an average ticket size of - 15 Lakhs.

- Handle and close big-ticket loans up to - 50 Lakhs.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the loan portfolio.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.

- Provide regular training and support to DSAs to enhance their sales capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Loan Processing:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the entire business loan process, including documentation, underwriting, and disbursement.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of loan applications.

- Address and resolve any queries or issues raised by clients or DSAs.

Performance Management:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of unsecured business loans and the lending process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and DSAs.

- Proficiency in local languages to effectively interact with clients and agents.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- MBA or postgraduate degree in finance or related field.

- Certification in sales or financial services.

- Experience in working with DSAs and channel partners
