From crafting content that converts to developing full-scale brand ecosystems, Raiqa Labs helps businesses scale with intelligence, not guesswork.We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who can think big, move fast, and lead with clarity.What You’ll Do- Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, and performance channels. - Translate business goals into data-driven campaigns with measurable ROI. - Lead creative ideation and positioning for new product launches, feature updates, and brand campaigns. - Work closely with the design, content, and AI teams to create marketing assets that actually convert. - Conduct competitor and audience analysis to sharpen messaging and identify growth opportunities. - Manage marketing calendars, campaign pipelines, and performance reviews. - Mentor junior marketers, guide client communications, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Who You Are- An MBA degree preferred with 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably across tech, SaaS, or digital-first brands. - A strategist at heart, but execution-driven in practice. - Has experience in brand building, market research, competitor analysis, SEO, keyword analysis, and paid marketing - Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, teams, and deadlines with style. - Knows the difference between “brand awareness” and “brand impact.” - Analytical, creative, and unafraid to challenge the brief. - Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and content strategy. - Experience working with AI tools or martech platforms is a plus.Why Join Raiqa Labs- Be part of a team redefining how marketing gets done, human + AI, side by side. - Work on global campaigns that push boundaries and set trends. - Creative freedom.
