Business Strategist Lead & Conference Producer : Global CIO Conclave About Us: Contenporary Marketing is a specialized marketing firm working exclusively with IT and technology organizations to help them grow through strategic events, PR, and digital marketing. Our proprietary intellectual property, Global CIO Conclave , is a premier platform bringing together over 600+ CXOs across India and the Middle East for thought leadership, collaboration, and business acceleration. We’re now seeking a Business Strategist & Conference Producer who can take this IP to the next level, someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, client relationships, and high-level content leadership The Business Strategist & Conference Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, curating, and executing CXO-level engagements, roundtables, and conclaves under the Global CIO Conclave banner. The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, business development acumen, and thought leadership understanding of the IT ecosystem. You’ll work closely with CXOs, technology leaders, and partner organizations to shape conversations that matter, while ensuring the conclave’s business objectives are met and scaled year-on-year. Strategic Leadership & Planning Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and monetization avenues (sponsorships, memberships, digital content series, etc.). Align with leadership on strategic positioning and long-term value creation for the brand. Conference Production & Content Strategy Research and develop event themes, agendas, and discussion topics in line with current IT and business trends. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence. Client Relationship & Business Growth Act as a strategic advisor for key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with conclave initiatives. Maintain strong follow-up and relationship continuity post-events to convert engagements into long-term partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, event operations, and PR teams to deliver flawless event experiences. Lead the content and speaker management process end-to-end. 7–12 years of experience in business strategy, conference production, or client relationship management , preferably in the IT/B2B or CXO engagement space . ~ Deep understanding of the enterprise technology ecosystem and familiarity with CXO-level networking dynamics. ~ Strong analytical and research skills, ability to translate trends into meaningful content and formats. ~ Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, creative, and outcomes-focused. ~ Willingness to travel across India and internationally for events and client engagements.
