Job Summary:

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Head to oversee all aspects of quality management within our fabric manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, establishing quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality management principles in the context of fabric manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

· Establish and maintain quality control standards, procedures, and specifications for all stages of fabric production, from raw material procurement to finished product inspection.

· Implement and maintain effective quality management systems (QMS) to monitor, measure, and continuously improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to evaluate and monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in fabric manufacturing.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce defects, eliminate waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications to meet customer requirements and maintain market competitiveness.

· Provide training, guidance, and support to production teams, quality control inspectors, and other personnel to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous learning.

· Analyze quality data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations on quality performance for management review.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve quality-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within the fabric manufacturing industry.

· Proven track record of successfully leading quality management initiatives, implementing QMS, and driving continuous improvement.

· In-depth knowledge of fabric manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is desirable.
