Job Description: Manager - Sales and Business Development
Evolute Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager - Sales and Business Development to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within a dynamic is an onsite opportunity based in Kandivali, Mumbai, India.
Experience:
We are looking for a professional with 4 to 5 years of dedicated experience in sales, business development, and client management, preferably within an industry relevant to Evolute Group's core business (e.g., technology, consulting, financial services, or a similar service-oriented sector).
About the Role:
As the Manager - Sales and Business Development, you will be instrumental in expanding Evolute Group's client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, while also nurturing long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Actively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels, including market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather client feedback to contribute to service improvements and new offerings.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and market penetration plans.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 4-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions.
