Job Description: General Manager - Product Management

Evolute Group is a leading technology conglomerate focused on "Techpowering the World- " through innovative solutions in Fintech, Cleantech, and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager - Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a critical leadership role that will drive the evolution and success of our product portfolio.

Location - This is an onsite opportunity based in Kandivali, Mumbai, India.

Experience:

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with 6 to 7 years of extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market and driving their growth. Experience in the Fintech, Cleantech, or Embedded Systems domains is highly desirable.

About the Role:

As the General Manager - Product Management, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of Evolute Group's product lines. You will lead a team of product managers and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure our products meet market needs, achieve business objectives, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a blend of visionary thinking, strong execution capabilities, and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Evolute Group's overall business goals and long-term objectives.

- Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and emerging trends.

- Develop a strategic product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, features, and release plans across the product portfolio.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and concept through development, launch, growth, and eventual end-of-life planning.

-Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products, managing dependencies and risks.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

- Build and maintain a high-performing product management organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary liaison between various departments, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Senior Leadership.

- Drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders on product priorities, features, and launch plans.

- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.

Go-to-Market & Commercialization:

- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

- Define pricing strategies and business models to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions for product iterations and optimizations.

Innovation & Competitive Advantage:

- Foster a culture of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and approaches.

- Identify and assess potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances to enhance product capabilities and market reach.

- Ensure Evolute Group's products remain competitive and differentiated in the market.
