E-Commerce Growth Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist who can supercharge our online presence and manage digital storefronts with creativity and precision. If you understand the pulse of e-commerce and quick commerce and know how to make online marketplaces thrive, this role is made for youWhat you'll do- Drive growth across quick-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED while ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations.- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop strategies that maximize business outcomes.- Oversee and refine product listings by collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure the best-quality listings are put forward across marketplaces.- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and growth-driving initiatives.- Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and overall customer experience across all platforms.- Ensure seamless order flow and effectively resolve customer escalations to maintain service excellence.What We’re Looking For:- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management; D2C experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of quick commerce models and digital sales strategies. - Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
