We're seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist who can supercharge our online presence and manage digital storefronts with creativity and precision. If you understand the pulse of e-commerce and quick commerce and know how to make online marketplaces thrive, this role is made for you

What you'll do

  • Drive growth across quick-commerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED while ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations.

  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to develop strategies that maximize business outcomes.

  • Oversee and refine product listings by collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure the best-quality listings are put forward across marketplaces.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and growth-driving initiatives.

  • Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and overall customer experience across all platforms.

  • Ensure seamless order flow and effectively resolve customer escalations to maintain service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management; D2C experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of quick commerce models and digital sales strategies.

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms efficiently.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
