What You'll Do :

- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Design and architect robust .NET-based solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.

- Contribute to the development of critical features, writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

- Leverage cloud platforms like Azure or AWS to build scalable and resilient applications.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and improvement within the team.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of solid experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.

- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a significant advantage.

- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
