Role : The Technical Lead - .NET will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the technical success of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, and providing technical mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers.

- Project Management : Oversee the technical aspects of software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Design and Architecture : Design and architect scalable and maintainable .NET solutions.

- Development : Contribute to the development of .NET applications, including coding, testing, and debugging.

- Mentorship : Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

- Technology Evaluation : Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and effectiveness.

- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- .NET Experience : 7-10 years of experience with the .NET framework, including .NET Core.

- Programming Languages : Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and other related .NET technologies.

- Database Skills : Strong understanding of SQL and database technologies (e., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Technical Leadership : Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Project Management : Experience managing software development projects.

- Problem Solving : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Communication : Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Preferred Skills :

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms (e., Azure, AWS) and cloud-native development.

- Microservices Architecture : Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.

- DevOps Practices : Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Technical Certifications :

- NET certifications (e., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate)
