Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What’s in it for you?o Immense exposure and learningo Excellent career growtho Company of highly passionate leaders and mentorso Ability to build things from scratchKnow more about MGS:https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-servicesDuties and Responsibilities- Maintain records in Success Factors in relation to Expatriate arrivals and update those records in line with expat department transfers, promotions, line manage changes, etc, for our London entities and the wider EMEA region.(MECS, MHI, MHBK, MBE) - Maintaining Organisation charts and amending where required for arrivals and departures. - Update and maintain the expats’ annual holiday entitlement. - Respond to Service desk and other departmental enquires in relation to Expat SF data - Work closely with other HR teams and Tokyo to coordinate expatriate onboarding, and to ensure we adhere to data best practice. - Coordinate Visa matters and monitoring Visa status for expats in EMEA. Maintaining appropriate immigration records in accordance with legal requirements. - Ensuring that Expats have been booked into a serviced apartment (using approved vendors) prior to arrival, and coordinating UK bank account set up with 3rd party provider. - Processing of invoices for Expat related matters - Collection and retention of arrival and departure documents for expats. - New assignments relating to HR data administration as needed by the business. - Line manager responsibility for a small team, with the expectation that this team will grow in size over time. - Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability - Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for service delivery. - Act as an escalation point - Lead and mentor HR Shared Services team members - Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement - Develop dashboards to track service delivery metrics (SLAs, Turnaround times, Quality)Qualifications, Skills, and Experience- Organised and effective communicator. - Trustworthy and responsible, data driven accuracy - Needs to be able to drive change with a continuous improvement approach - Problem solving skills to manage some complicated cases - Previous experience with Success Factors preferred, but experience with comparable HR systems considered. - Previous management experience essential - An understanding of GDPR requirements.Interested candidates can share their updated resume on mgs.rec@mizuho-cb.com with below details.Current CTCNotice periodExpected CTCExperience in Success factorResidential location in MumbaiExp im Expat management and HR opsThanks
