Review effectiveness of existing HRIS and WFA reporting systems Should have worked in preparing the dashboard of key WFA Standard metrics reports Provide WFA related information as and when requested by senior stakeholders for business decisions Work experience on various integration (Oracle/People Soft/Work Day/SAP HCM etc).
