Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Travel: Frequent travel to remote locations required (Personal vehicle Languages: Marathi, English, Hindi We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing Export operations. with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance, engagement, and compliance across multiple remote locations. 1) Workforce Planning & Hiring Partner with business teams to plan headcount and hiring needs. Ensure timely hiring of critical roles and build a strong talent 3) Performance & Productivity Implement OKRs / KPIs and enable performance reviews. Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance 4) Employee Relations & Compliance Ensure consistent HR policy implementation and legal compliance. Manage employee relations and resolve grievances promptly. Support compensation benchmarking, payroll, and benefits 6) HR Process Excellence Drive HR process automation and adoption of HR tech tools. Monitor HR dashboards and ensure full statutory compliance. Minimum Graduate / MBA Preferred ~4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations / business ~ Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
