The role will work closelywith business leaders to drive people strategy, performance,engagement, and compliance across multiple remote locations.Key Responsibilities:1) Workforce Planning & HiringPartner with business teams to plan headcount and hiring needs.Ensure timely hiring of critical roles and build a strong talentpipeline.2) Onboarding & Employee LifecycleDrive smooth onboarding and early productivity ramp-up.Track early attrition and enhance retention through continuousfeedback.3) Performance & ProductivityImplement OKRs / KPIs and enable performance reviews.Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performanceimprovement.4) Employee Relations & ComplianceEnsure consistent HR policy implementation and legal compliance.Manage employee relations and resolve grievances promptly.5) Engagement, Rewards & RecognitionExecute employee engagement and R&R programs.Support compensation benchmarking, payroll, and benefitsaccuracy.6) HR Process ExcellenceDrive HR process automation and adoption of HR tech tools.Monitor HR dashboards and ensure full statutory compliance.What We’re Looking ForMinimum Graduate / MBA Preferred4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations / businesspartnering (Exports, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, or Logisticspreferred).Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and execution capability.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguousenvironment.Excellent communication and MS Office skills.Sound knowledge of labor and employment laws.
