We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow company and client guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source and identify the right talent based on client requirements and expectations.
  • Negotiate and convince candidates for proposed job roles.
  • Maintain records of the complete hiring cycle for each candidate.
  • Utilize various hiring tools, job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases for efficient hiring.
  • Submit periodic reports to supervisors.
  • Claim incentives as per the companys defined incentive cycle.
  • Share joining details on the same day a candidate joins.
  • Generate and share employee codes for joined candidates within 15 days of joining.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
