Are you passionate about financial communications and ready to be part of India's leading IPO communication mandates? We are looking for a Communication Manager to join our IPO Practice at Mumbai.

What you'll do:

  • Drive communication strategies for IPOs and capital market transactions.
  • Manage end-to-end financial PR campaigns, including investor communication and media relations.
  • Build strong relationships with financial media, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Draft impactful content – press releases, Q&As, messaging documents, and investor communication materials.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless communication support.

What we're looking for:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in financial communication, capital markets, or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of IPO process, SEBI guidelines, and capital market ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in high-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Location: Mumbai
