Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Virtual Treats in Coimbatore. As a Customer Support Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer face with accuracy and efficiency. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, also actively engage them to drive sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

 

 Requirements and skills

· To handle chat and voice customer support effectively in a multilingual setting, the required language proficiency would typically include:

o Tamil & English: These would be the primary languages for communication, and proficiency in both is necessary for customer support tasks.

o Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi: Fluency in one or more of these languages will be required to support a broader customer base, especially in regions where these languages are commonly spoken.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·      Comfortable using computers.

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree (Arts) is required.
