We are looking for a passionate and data-driven YouTube Manager to lead the growth of our GATE and CAT category channels. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of content strategy, channel performance, and team coordination — working closely with educators, content teams, and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the YouTube content calendar and publishing workflow
  • Collaborate with educators to create high-impact video sessions
  • Optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for YouTube SEO
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to drive viewership and subscriber growth
  • Run experiments with hooks, playlists, and thumbnails to increase retention
  • Coordinate with internal creative and editing teams for smooth output
  • Stay updated on platform trends and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in YouTube channel management or video marketing
  • Hands-on experience in SEO for video, YouTube Analytics, and A/B testing
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience in EdTech or content-driven companies is a plus
  • Team handling or cross-functional leadership experience preferred
