We are looking for a QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for digital products in the fintech space. This role will own the overall testing strategy, build scalable QA processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and :

- Lead and manage the QA team (manual + automation engineers).

- Define and implement QA processes, test strategies, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure product quality.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, mobile, and web applications.

- Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

- Track and report quality metrics, ensuring timely releases with minimal defects.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing coverage and efficiency.

Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial/lead role.

- Strong understanding of the fintech domain (payments, lending, banking, or trading platforms).

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. ).

- Solid knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with performance/security testing tools is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
