Job Position: Operations Associate

Level: Entry Level

Location: Mumbai


Job Description:

The Operations Associate will be the face of EVRE. They are responsible for assisting the Operations and Technical teams with the development, maintenance and operations of multiple EV Charging Hubs located in the city and providing stellar support and feedback to the customers and the company.


Responsibilities:

  1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
  2. Support operations and new infrastructure developments.
  3. Conduct feasibility checks at the sites.
  4. Handling logistics, support, maintenance, clients and operations for the charging stations in the city.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders like power companies, fleet services, parking aggregators, etc.
  6. Be a representative of the company in the city.


Requirements:

  1. Any Bachelor’s degree
  2. 1 to 2 years of experience in Operations management.
  3. Fluency in English & local languages. 
  4. Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to perform under pressure.
  6. Excellent communicator in either of the aforementioned languages.
  7. Having a Two wheeler and a valid driving license is preferrable.
  8. Background in EV industry is preferable.
