As Operations andPlanning Analyst you will play a key rolein monitoring warehouse and logistics operations inbound andoutbound dispatch planning and streamlining all customer supplyprocesses.

Tasks
  • Developand implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operationsincluding inventory management order fulfilment and distributionprocesses.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to coordinate inventory replenishment transportation andstorage activities to ensure timely delivery of products tocustomers.
  • Set and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness ofwarehouse operations and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Proper Audit/stock take andShrinkage reduction
  • Ensure compliance withsafety regulations quality standards and company policies andprocedures.
  • Lead continuous improvementinitiatives to streamline processes reduce costs and enhanceoperationalefficiency.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Graduatefrom a recognized university orinstitute.
  • Experience Required: 26 years inwarehousing and distribution out of which 1 to 3 years should be inDemand and Supply planning
  • Experience inpreparing Monthly reports/trendanalysis
  • Problem Solving andinnovation
  • Ability to lead and drive safetyculture in the organization.
  • Efficientcommunication and writing skills including preparingMIS.
  • Problem Solving andinnovation
  • Knowledge of MS Office Power PointPresentation
  • Capability to multitask in a fastfaced environment.
