Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance, flavor, food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence, we looking for a motivated Operations and Planning Analyst to become a part of our team.

As Operations and Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring warehouse and logistics operations, inbound and outbound dispatch planning and streamlining all customer supply processes.

Tasks
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory replenishment, transportation, and storage activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proper Audit/stock take and Shrinkage reduction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
  • Experience Required: 2-6 years in warehousing and distribution out of which 1 to 3 years should be in Demand and Supply planning
  • Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
  • Problem Solving and innovation
  • Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
  • Efficient communication and writing skills including preparing MIS.
  • Problem Solving and innovation
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point Presentation
  • Capability to multitask in a fast faced environment.
