Key responsibilities areas-
HR Partnership & Collaboration
- Act as a key partner within the HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement to ensure integrated solutions.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.
Operational Execution
- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and HR analytics projects.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR programs and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
- Partner with HR team members to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Talent & Organizational Development
- Help in identifying capability gaps and work with L&D to implement relevant training and development programs.
- Assist in succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.
- Promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing through targeted interventions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments; experience in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors is preferred.

- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a hands-on approach to solving HR challenges.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and employment laws.
Location-This role is based in Pune
Compensation- As per the market standards.
