We’re Hiring – Full Stack Developer📍 Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad💼 Experience: 3-6 Years in Full Stack DevelopmentJob Title: Full Stack DeveloperAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developer who can contribute across all layers of our technology stack—from crafting scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot to building intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.In this role, you will work closely with architects, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to build high-performance applications used by thousands of users. You are expected to have strong problem-solving abilities, ownership, and a mindset of building high-quality, production-ready software.Key Responsibilities (Highly Descriptive)🔹 Backend DevelopmentDesign and implement robust, secure, and scalable microservices using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.Build RESTful APIs following best practices and industry standards.Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.Integrate authentication and authorization using Spring Security / OAuth2 / JWT.Optimize application performance and ensure low-latency interactions.Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.🔹 Frontend DevelopmentDevelop user interfaces using React.js / Angular with strong focus on usability and responsiveness.Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality functional components.Implement state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, etc.).Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.🔹 Database & StorageDesign efficient relational database schemas.Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.🔹 DevOps, Build & DeploymentWork with Git for version control and branching strategies.Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.Experience in containerizing applications using Docker.Basic knowledge of Kubernetes deployments is an advantage.🔹 Cloud Services (Good to Have)Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, Cloud Run, or App Services.Ability to integrate third-party APIs and cloud-native components.🔹 Software Quality & CollaborationWrite unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or Karma/Jasmine.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.Troubleshoot issues quickly across the full stack.Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.Work in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Required Technical Skills (Detailed)Core Backend Skills·      Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)·      Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security·      Experience building REST APIs & microservices·      Deep knowledge of ORM (Hibernate/JPA)·      Strong SQL skills & DB schema designFrontend Skills·      Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular·      JavaScript/TypeScript expertise·      HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind·      Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Angular CLI)Tools & Ecosystem·      Git, Maven/Gradle·      Postman/Swagger·      Docker (must), Kubernetes (good to have)·      CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab / Azure DevOps)·      Monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana – optional)Soft Skills & Behavioral ExpectationsStrong analytical thinking and debugging capabilityAbility to break down complex problems into workable solutionsSelf-driven and capable of taking ownership end-to-endExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering qualityOpen to learning new technologies and taking on challengesEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldEquivalent professional experience may be considered📩 Apply now by sending your resume to: careers@sprintpark.com
